Both sides of Ukraine-Russia war have effective air defense and worse aviation - AFU captain

The Ukrainian Armed Forces captain Viktor Trehubov said this on Espreso TV. 

“So far in our war, aviation has been cautious and not particularly effective on either side. Both sides have effective air defense systems, and both sides have worse aviation. Let's put it this way, there is mutual restraint on both sides. I don't see this situation changing dramatically.  The Russians will not grow new aircraft or new pilots. Ukrainians may have new aircraft, but this is not a matter of the next few days,” he said.
