The head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration Artem Lysohor reports.
He noted that the Russian invaders in Lysychansk have been promising to repair the centralized water supply system for three years, but the matter has not progressed beyond talks and demonstration repairs of individual sections.
According to Lysohor, Russian invaders used to organize water deliveries for local residents, though on an irregular basis. However, recently, the water trucks provided by the Russians have disappeared from the city.
‘This event coincided with the replacement of the curator from Tatarstan, who ‘supervises Lysychansk,’ the head of the Regional Military Administration stressed.
- Recently, Russians also reportedly suspended bus services in Lysychansk due to a lack of fuel.
