Fuel shortages and water crisis hit Russian-occupied Lysychansk
In the temporarily occupied Lysychansk, Luhansk region, Russia suspend bus service due to lack of fuel
Artem Lysohor, Luhansk Regional Military Administration head, reported the information.
“The collaborators have been dreaming of cheap gas and fuel for years. In Lysychansk, the minions of the 'Russian world' do not understand how there can be a fuel shortage in Russia. But there is, and they decided to save money on the so-called 'LPR,'" wrote Lysohor.
He stated that the city has no Internet or local television, and the only updates come from printed announcements. One such notice reads: "Due to the lack of fuel and lubricants, it has been decided to suspend bus service in Lysychansk on August 1."
Artem Lysohor noted that the situation in the southern Luhansk region, including towns occupied by Russian forces a decade ago, remains challenging.
“In Sorokyne, Sukhodolsk and Molodohvardiisk, centralized water supply is available only for a few hours a day. There is no supply of industrial water, which was sometimes organized, in summer. The amount of water supplied is not enough for normal household needs. The only way out is to buy it for money in the store. At the same time, the subscription fee is not canceled or reduced,” said the head of the Regional Military Administration.
- On July 31, it was reported that Russia is holding children from the temporarily occupied Bilovodsk in the Luhansk region at a military camp in Novosibirsk, Russia. There, they are being trained in firearms and drill.
