Russian airstrike hits Sloviansk suburb hotel, killing two
On the evening of September 7, the Russian army carried out an air strike on the village of Mykolaivka in the Kramatorsk district of the Donetsk region

The attack targeted a hotel, where rescuers retrieved the bodies of two people from the rubble, according to the State Emergency Service.
Mykolaivka is situated on the eastern outskirts of the city of Sloviansk. The four-story hotel was partially destroyed in the strike.
Rescue teams worked to dismantle 101 tons of debris and have now completed their operations.

Over the past week, Russian forces have launched over 800 guided bombs, nearly 300 attack drones, and more than 60 missiles at Ukraine.
