Conflicts arising between public figures
This is exactly what the enemy wants. It may sound cliché, and it's unlikely to change your perspective, but I'll say it anyway
There are many public figures who have done a lot for their country - and continue to do so. But no one is made of iron, no one can endure everything, and the third year of this war is a heavy toll. In such cases, the state should step in to support the initiatives of those still fighting, those still alive and pushing forward. But, for obvious reasons, we can’t count on this support.
The only right course is to avoid these conflicts and support each other, setting aside personal ambitions and grievances for the sake of the greater goal. We often demand this from politicians, but we've now reached a point where we ourselves must pass this test.
The enemy must be pleased because their plan is working!
