One person from a neighboring house was also injured and suffered an acute stress reaction," Skoryk said.

The deputy also reported that Russian forces targeted an educational institution in Kharkiv.

"The second strike hit the Slobidskyi district, damaging a seven-story educational building. Windows were shattered, and the explosion was extremely powerful. With Russia increasing the Shahed UAV’s warhead, their attacks are becoming deadlier, causing even more destruction on our territory," he added.
