On behalf of WITU, the document was signed by the institute’s director, Colonel Paweł Sweklej.
"We believe Poland and Ukraine’s production and research capabilities can complement each other and help better equip our armies," the statement reads.
The Military Institute of Armament Technology (WITU, Wojskowy Instytut Techniczny Uzbrojenia) is a research institution of the Polish Armed Forces, which not only analyzes but also independently develops weapons.
