110 clashes reported at front as Russian forces launch over 6,000 attacks on Ukraine

Over the past 24 hours on February 3, 110 combat clashes were recorded on the Russian-Ukrainian front. In the Pokrovsk sector, the Defense Forces repelled 38 attacks

The Ukrainian Armed Forces’ General Staff reported the information as of 08:00 a.m. on February 4.

According to updated information, Russia launched 91 airstrikes on Ukrainian positions and populated areas yesterday, dropping 139 guided bombs and deploying 2,241 kamikaze drones. Additionally, they carried out over 6,000 attacks, including 138 from multiple rocket launchers.

Russia conducted airstrikes near Borova, Bochkovе, Pishchane, Baranivka, Kindrashivka, and Zelenyi Hai in the Kharkiv region; Siversk, Zakіtne, Toretsk, Kleban-Byk, Oleksandrivka, Serhiivka, Udachne, Odradne, Bahatyr, Rozlyv, Novyi Komar, and Novopil in the Donetsk region.

Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian aviation, missile forces, and artillery struck nine Russian manpower concentrations, two command posts, three artillery systems, and two electronic warfare stations.

Frontline situation

Kharkiv sector: Ukrainian forces repelled one Russian attack near Vovchansk.

Kupiansk sector: 13 Russian attacks took place near Petropavlivka, Pishchane, and Zahryzove.

Lyman sector: Russia launched four attacks near Novoiehorivka, Terny, Novolubivka, and Yampolivka.

Siversk sector: The Russian army attempted an assault near Bilohorivka.

Kramatorsk sector: Six clashes occurred near Chasiv Yar, Bila Hora, and towards Predtechyne and Stupochky.

Toretsk sector: Russian forces carried out 12 attacks near Krymske, Toretsk, and Shcherbynivka, using airstrikes in some cases.

Pokrovsk sector: Ukrainian defenders repelled 38 Russian assaults near Malynivka, Novopoltavka, Zelenе Pole, Tarasivka, Myroliubivka, Yelyzavetivka, Promin, Lysivka, Udachne, Nadiivka, Uspenivka, Novooleksandrivka, Dachne, and Pokrovsk. Russia actively used assault and bomber aviation.

Novopavlivka sector: Six Russian attacks were repelled near Kostiantynopil, Rozdolne, and Novyi Komar.

Huliaipole sector: Two offensive actions were recorded near Novosilka.

Orikhiv sector: Ukrainian troops repelled two attacks near Novodanylivka and Shcherbaky.

Prydniprovskyi sector: Russian forces unsuccessfully attempted eight assaults on Ukrainian positions, with aviation activity reported.

In the Kursk operational zone, Ukrainian forces repelled seven Russian attacks. Additionally, Russia launched 60 airstrikes, deploying 91 guided bombs and conducting 441 artillery strikes, including five MLRS attacks.

On the border with Belarus, no signs of Russian assault group formation were detected.

  • Invading Russian army lost 1,270 servicemen in a day of war in Ukraine. The Ukrainian Defense Forces destroyed a number of Russian equipment, including 18 tanks.
