According to Lysak, the injured suffer from lacerations, cuts, fractures, bruises, and head injuries. Three men, aged 30, 68, and 69, are in serious condition. Among the wounded are five children. The shelling caused significant damage, affecting several enterprises, over 30 high-rise buildings, a kindergarten, and 27 shops. One car was destroyed, and two others were damaged.

The city has set up "Points of Resilience" and organized water supply. Efforts to address the damage and assist the injured are ongoing.

Odarka Bila, a deputy of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council, on Espreso TV mentioned that rescue operations are still in progress, and the number of injured may rise.

“My colleagues on the ground report that this is one of the most devastating attacks we've seen. Over 2,000 apartments have been damaged, which equates to about 30 buildings,” the MP said.

Earlier, the State Emergency Service updated the number of injured from the Russian attack on Pavlohrad to 55 people, with one confirmed dead. Emergency and rescue operations are ongoing on the site of the attack.

At 12:53, Lysak reported that 50 people had been injured in the strike.
