Ukrainian forces cross Dnipro River in Kherson region, Russians have no resources to prevent it – ISW
On September 14 and 15, the Ukrainian military crossed the Dnipro River, presumably to consolidate their positions and prepare for an offensive on the left bank of the Kherson region
This was reported by the Institute for the Study of War (ISW).
Russian occupation sources say that Ukrainian forces have allegedly intensified their activities on certain islands in the Dnipro Delta near the Antonivskyi Bridge to consolidate their positions and prepare for an offensive on the left bank of the Kherson region.
According to ISW, Russian forces probably do not have the manpower necessary to defend against an attack on this section of the front, given that the Russian command has moved several units from Kherson to Zaporizhzhia region.
The occupying forces admit that Russian troops lack the capabilities to conduct their own river crossing operations in the area, in particular due to a lack of artillery shells.

As a reminder, the Russians claim that the Ukrainian Armed Forces have been preparing to cross the Dnipro since July.
