This is reported by The Guardian with reference to the statement of the UK Prime Minister, Liz Truss.
She accused Russian dictator Vladimir Putin of acting in violation of international law with a clear disregard for the lives of the Ukrainian people he claims to represent.
Truss also said that Putin cannot be allowed to change international borders by brute force.
