Activists of the Ternopil cell of the All-Union Public Organization "Sokol" urged Ukrainians not to forget about Mariupol and draw attention to the fate of the fortified city. Espreso.West informs about this.
Message with the call "Shout for AZOV!" activists published on the page of the Ternopil organization of a public organization.
In the text, the activists once again remind Ukrainians of the horror in which the locals still live. They remember the struggle against the invaders on the verge of human capabilities, which is carried out day by day by the defenders of the city - the Azov regiment. Ternopil residents urge not to keep silent about how Mariupol is forced to live now.
- I am your Mariupol. The enemy gouged out my eyes. Do you see my blackened walls? He burned my body. He rips me to shreds. Brick by brick, because he is looking for my soul. My people. I close them as best I can. They say I'm a fortress - I'm holding on! I hold on while they fight for me, while others silently watch. I must endure, because I am the heart of this war, the message says.
– My defenders… I don’t know how, but they are still holding the line, holding back the Russian horde. These are my heroes, but they are not made of iron. They cannot last forever. The only thing they are afraid of is betraying their words, the promises that they made to their brethren. I believe that they remember me. I believe that I will be saved. I really want to live. Ukraine, you haven't forgotten about me!? So shout for MARIUPOL! Shout for AZOV!
