Russia attacks healthcare facility in Kherson region, injuring paramedic and patient
On Monday, September 11, Russia has attacked settlements in the Kherson region. The strike has damaged an administrative building and a medical facility, injuring a paramedic and a patient
The Kherson Regional Military Administration informs.
"The Russian army attacked the central part of Kizomys village," the statement reads.
It is reported that at about 12:40 p.m., four hits were recorded in the village in the Kherson region.
The Russian troops hit the administrative building, damaging the roof, shattering windows and doors with blast waves and debris.
There were no casualties among the locals.
At 12:25 p.m., the head of the Kherson City Military Administration, Roman Mrochko, wrote about the strike of the regional center.
"The Russian army is striking the center of Kherson and riverine areas from the temporarily occupied left bank (of the Dnipro river - ed.)," the head of the administration wrote.
At 2:28 p.m., the head of the regional military administration Oleksandr Prokudin wrote about the strike of an outpatient clinic in the Stanislav village.
"As a result of an enemy strike, the windows and roof of the medical facility were damaged. A paramedic sustained a mine-blast injury and concussion," Prokudin writes and adds that the victim is being assisted.

The Prosecutor General's Office clarified that the Russian troops shelled the Stanislav community in the Kherson district at about 1:50 p.m. A 33-year-old paramedic and a 63-year-old patient sustained mine-blast injuries as a result of the hit on the medical outpatient clinic.
The Prosecutor General's Office launched a pre-trial investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war.
