Ihor Yakovenko noted that Putin declared war on liberal Russia a long time ago, and now he has declared war on deep Russia, that is, his main electorate, his main support group.

In fact, this is the beginning of the disintegration of Russia. That is, one of Putin's most loyal supporters openly said that he is not going to follow the order of the president.
