Putin makes whole series of suicidal decisions - Piontkovsky

The political scientist also added that the general mood in Asian countries is completely unexpected for Putin.

And then he felt contempt for himself, and it shocked him. And when he returned, on the morning of September 19, he made a whole series of suicidal decisions.
