Mykola Kniazhytsky: Dialogue for Victory

The aggressor launched the expected offensive. The Ukrainian army heroically holds him back

There are questions that still need to be answered. Even if not now. And if those who have to answer really realized their mistakes and are ready to responsibly fight and restore the country, this is one thing, but if they want to build a corrupt dictatorship using the war, it’s another. At least you need to understand:

  •   Why was the exit from the Crimea not destroyed, which made it possible to capture the south and surround Mariupol?

  •   Why Kyiv was not immediately protected from the north, which led to the tragedy of Bucha, Irpin and other cities.

  •   Why was there a defense order for everything from Neptunes to cars?

  •   Why do volunteers and civilians even have to buy bulletproof vests and pickups for the front?

There are many "Whys". After the victory of the Maidan, we managed to do a lot, but this was not enough to make a breakthrough in development to such an extent that not a single fascist Russia would even think about attacking us.

What needed to be done? I wrote about this before. The development of the Ukrainian army, the introduction of the Ukrainian language and the support of Ukrainian churches and the legal termination of the influence of the aggressor country on the church slowed down in 2019. It is a fact.

If they had not stopped halfway and brought what they started to their goal, the Ukrainian authorities understood the threat to Russia and believed in it. So, it financed the army and this would stop the aggressor.

Any betrayal is based on the belief that the one you are changing is weaker than the one you decided to serve.

And in order to convince of this, the media were used.

Here is a fragment of the text of the hosts from the program of  the Inter channel on May 9, 2018: "Eight million Ukrainians died at the hands of the fascist invaders. This is our history. This is our genetic memory", says host Anastasia Daugule in the published video.

"And today we cannot allow the streets of our cities to be named after fascist criminals, and their portraits to be carried with impunity during torchlight passages in our capital, where every meter is saturated with the blood of our compatriots", another host answers.

Who are these fascist criminals whose names are given to the streets of our cities? How does this differ from Putin's words?

This channel, with its hosts, is now part of a marathon to which the authorities have monopoly given the airwaves. What for? To prepare another betrayal?

The patriotic channels Espreso, Channel 5 and Pryamiy were not allowed to create a marathon, and subsequently illegally and for no reason were turned off the air.

This is a direct weakening of the defense capability for the betrayal of Ukraine. A signal to Putin, encouraging his aggression, an act of the fifth column.

Do you agree? Sign the petition to resume broadcasting of patriotic channels on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers.

Sometimes there are failures in the site, but if you persevere, everything will work out.

And then a dialogue of all political forces should be opened not about the usurpation of power, but about how to build a strong Ukraine.
