He expressed this opinion on the air of the Verdict with Serhii Rudenko program on Espreso TV channel.

"In 110 years, Russia is mobilizing for the third time - in 1914, before the First World War, in 1941 - during the Second World War, and now, in 2022. This shows that the Putin regime is aware of the trap it has fallen into. He knows that a military defeat in Ukraine is equal to the physical death of Putin and the collapse of Russian statehood. Russia had great allies in the First and Second World Wars. It is necessary to dispel another myth that Russia can win without allies, no, it cannot. It can show results only when there are allies," Chernyk emphasized.

The military expert also added that Russia declares a mobilization resource of 25 million people.

"I think that in fact they do not have such a resource, but in the range of 3 to 5 million - there is a resource. I doubt that they can even put these 300 thousand into service. On February 24, a prepared group entered Ukraine, which included from 180,000 to 200,000. We grinded some of it, and they replaced some of it due to hidden mobilization, and 150-180,000 is quite a serious resource. I believe that 100% it will be low-quality, but it should not cool us down. The battles are going as they were, and we have to kill as many of the enemy as possible," Chernyk emphasized.
