Now Russian soldiers, also the so-called "Rosgvardiya", are directly on the territory of the ZNPP, in addition, there is a group of Caucasian nationalities - Ossetians, Ingush, Chechens. There are also Russian OMON and the FSB. There are representatives of ORDLO at checkpoints, they are the ones who pose the greatest threat", Kotin said.

He also added: "Technically, the Ukrainian side is in charge of the ZNPP. The plant's management must coordinate all issues with the military commanders of the invaders".

In addition, Kotin noted that invaders are furious against the residents of Energodar and the personnel of the ZNPP.

"The invaders harrast women. They provoke people, for example, they say: "Glory to Ukraine". If someone tries to answer: "Glory to the Heroes", he immediately hits in the face with a machine gun butt", he said.
