On January 8, the Ukrainian Armed Forces launched a precision strike at the Russian military command post in Khartsyzk in Ukraine's Donetsk region

Russia's 8th Guards Combined Arms Army had been using this command post to coordinate attacks on Ukrainian troops and civilians.

It is noted that, in carrying out the strike on this Russian command post, the Ukrainian military took all necessary precautions to minimize the risks to civilians.

On Tuesday, January 7, the Ukrainian Armed Forces carried out a precision strike targeting Russian marines in the Kursk region.
