74% of Russians support Russian war in Ukraine, 89% support Russian army - RPORC poll
The majority of Russians saw information with negative coverage of the actions of the Russian army, but refuses to believe it
This is stated in the results of a survey published by the Russian Public Opinion Research Center (RPORC).
As of April 5, 74% of Russians support the decision to conduct a special military operation, 17% do not support it, one in ten found it difficult to answer.
As of March 31, 89% of respondents reported their trust in the Russian army, 8% rather do not trust the army.
78% of citizens approve of the actions of the President of Russia, 13% do not approve of them.
The majority also believes that an information war is going on against Russia in connection with Russia's "special military operation" in Ukraine (90%). 4% do not think that there is an information war going on. Another 6% found it difficult to answer.
More than half of Russians said they had seen materials that showed Russia's actions in Ukraine in a negative way (61%), but 41% considered them rather false.
