Over the past day, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have eliminated 1,430 Russian servicemen and destroyed several vehicles and pieces of military equipment along the Russian-Ukrainian frontline

Russia's total combat losses from February 24, 2022, to January 9, 2025, are approximately:

On January 7, the Ukrainian Armed Forces conducted a precision strike against Russian marines in the Kursk region.
