Putin smears in blood all those who belonged to the so-called party of silence

Putin's decree on mobilization. Three important aspects:

1.The decree makes it possible to recruit all men in the occupied territories, except Crimea, into the army. Not just to catch them on the streets, but to break into houses. Evacuation is necessary to facilitate the detection of men.

2. The decree divides the Russian Federation into four zones with different degrees of readiness for hostilities. This is necessary in order to transfer any territory to a state of war at any time and continue mobilization there.

3. Along with martial law, Putin unexpectedly promoted the mayor of Moscow to the status of "responsible for the regions together with the presidential administration." In this way, he smears in blood all those who belonged to the so-called party of silence. And at the same time, he creates tension along the Sobyanin-Kiriyenko line. He begins to provoke those around him, apparently worried that many have tried to distance themselves from the war and is gaining political weight.
