Oleh Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional State Administration, announced this.
"The fragments of a preliminary Iskander-M missile damaged port and civilian infrastructure, as well as a civilian ship flying the Antiguan flag," he said.
According to Kiper, 4 civilians were wounded in the Russian attack. They are being provided with all necessary assistance.
Law enforcement officers are recording the consequences of another Russian crime.
"I urge you once again: when an air raid warning is announced, go to a shelter," reminded the head of the regional state administration.
