Oleksandr Skoryk, a deputy of the Kharkiv Regional Council, spoke about the shelling in the Kharkiv region and the city of Kharkiv on Espreso TV.

According to him, Kharkiv is constantly under fire. Yesterday, April 10, invaders fired 66 times at different territorial communities and different parts of Kharkiv. There are 10 dead, among them one child, which is a tragic situation.

"Today we see that the shelling of Kharkiv is absolutely chaotic, has no strategic significance, except for intimidating the population. And they are trying to make the population, instead of restoring their lives, have some kind of panic mood. But then we see there is a constant movement of people to the city, despite the shelling and a real threat, they come to their hometown. We see barber shops and shops open. Kharkiv shows an unreal will to live, believes in the armed forces", the deputy noted.
