We want to receive guarantee formula of safety, instead of the temporary truce which will become the postponed war, - Podoliak
Mikhail Podoliak, adviser of head of the President's Office, believes that any truce with Russia could turn into a new war.
He stated this on air of only information marathon, Ukrinform reports.
«Any temporary truce with Russia is a postponed war in the future, it must be understood, it can be "Minsk-3". Russia is selling only war to their neighbors. War with our neighbor is always a big risk. We don't need it. We want to get guarantee formula of security that no horde, no federation will come to Ukraine with its flags and will not teach us how we should live,» he said.
Podoliak said that Ukraine is constantly working to reach a ceasefire agreement to deliver humanitarian aid.
"Russia even prevents from doing so, because their tactics of war against Ukraine aren’t military tactics, they are tactics to intimidate population, it’s war against civilians. And one of forms of war is the creation of humanitarian catastrophes," said adviser.
