Russia prepares provocation at Kursk NPP, evacuation of population is planned - Ukraine’s National Resistance Center
Russians are preparing a provocation at the Kursk Nuclear Power Plant and have developed an evacuation plan in case of radioactive contamination
The relevant documents are shared the National Resistance Center.
"According to the National Resistance Center, preparations are underway in the Kursk region to evacuate from the zone of possible radioactive contamination in the event of a nuclear accident. To this end, local authorities have been tasked with creating a transport register," the statement reads.
"In general, it is planned to evacuate from 21 to 57 thousand people, while the population of the region is more than 1 million people, with 435 thousand in Kursk alone. That is, we are talking about 5% of the population of the regions, which indicates the "election" of those who are on the list," the National Resistance Center added.
Evacuation is planned for such settlements as Zheleznogorsk, Bolshoye Soldatskoye, Shchigry and Gorshechnoye.
The Resistance Center emphasized that Ukraine is not planning any terrorist attacks on Russian nuclear facilities.
