He commented on the shocking footage of the atrocities of the Russian army in Bucha, calling them the "Bucha Massacre".
"Shocked by footage of atrocities committed by the Russian army in Kyiv-liberated Bucha, they are imprinted in memory. The EU is helping Ukraine and non-governmental organizations to collect the necessary evidence for prosecution in international courts. Further sanctions and EU support are on the way", the message says.
