Don't complain, accept the fact that it won't always be like this

Ukrainians are fighting for their future. Russians are fighting for their past and to deprive us of our future, Boryslav Bereza writes

There is no light in my apartment and it is not very warm. But I am warmly dressed. The mobile Internet barely works, and the connection is average. But I know that my comrades are now sitting in the trenches in two directions. There is no light there either. But it is much colder there. The icy wind blows into every possible crevice. Water pours from anywhere and necessarily by the collar. Dirt has stuck to the boots and they weigh like cast iron. There is Internet, thanks to Starlink's, but there is no mobile connection. Absolutely. And plus shelling, which is scarier than everything mentioned before. Yes, it is difficult for my comrades and all the soldiers of Ukraine's Armed Forces. It is much more difficult than what we have in the rear. Therefore, you should not complain, but should live with the fact that it will not always be like that. Such a thought at the front always helped me.

Yes, the Kremlin wants us to have a hard time and start demanding from the authorities that Ukraine go to negotiations. Because on the battlefield, the Kremlin is constantly getting in the teeth, and only negotiations can save the Russians from the next defeat, the next escape, and the next disgrace. If we want to win, we must not give in to the pressure of the enemy. The Kremlin uses terrorist tactics — it attacks civilians so that they put pressure on the government and thus help it achieve what it wants. But we cannot be broken. Yes, there are cowards among us, but they are in the minority.  And, it means that we will also overcome this.

“It is difficult for my comrades and all the soldiers of Ukraine's Armed Forces. It is much more difficult than what we have in the rear. Therefore, you should not complain, but should live with the fact that it will not always be like that”

The reason is simple. If we give in in a small way, we will give in in everything else. First, the Kremlin demands negotiations. And if they are given to it, then the demands will grow further.  Tomorrow the Kremlin will ask to give it our children, our cities, our right to choose our own government, and our right to freedom of speech. Give it all away too? Therefore, for peaceful citizens, the front now takes place in their cities and villages, in their apartments and houses. You have to stand the test. And we will endure. And the Armed Forces will kill this bastard. Therefore, keep in line and do not succumb to Russian terrorists.

And one more thing. We are fighting for our future. Russians are fighting for their past and so that we don't have a future. So fight for your future and for the future of your children and your democratic, legal, free, humane, and united Ukraine. This goal is worth suffering.  And victory will be ours!
