Ukraine downs 12 Russian aircraft, 26 helicopters in a day, Zelenskyy says
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy told about long-range weapons from Ukraine's partners, which destroyed 12 aircraft and 26 helicopters per day
The President of Ukraine told this at a meeting with representatives of the Baltic media.
"Our partners have given us some long-range weapons. I won't say what kind, but our partners will understand. We used it to destroy 26 helicopters in a day, 12 airplanes that were taking off and then hit with missiles, against which these systems worked. We destroyed 12 at a time. We just had the weapons," Zelenskyy said.

On January 10, Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived in the Lithuanian capital: President Gitanas Nausėda announced a €200 million long-term assistance package for Ukraine. Zelenskyy also met with the head of the Lithuanian government and parliament.

On January 11, Zelenskyy visited the Estonian capital of Tallinn. There, he met with President Alar Karis, who said that Estonia would provide 0.25% of its defense budget to Ukraine annually until 2027.

On the same day, Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited Latvia. During the meeting, President Edgars Rinkēvičs announced a new military aid package for Ukraine. Zelenskyy will also meet with Saeima Speaker Daiga Mierina and Prime Minister Evika Silina.

Zelenskyy also plans to personally attend the World Economic Forum, which is scheduled to take place from January 15 to 19 in Davos, Switzerland.
