The President of the European Council, António Costa, will hold a video conference with EU leaders on Wednesday, February 26, to hear a report from French President Emmanuel Macron on his trip to Washington

Costa announced this on the social media platform X.

"To prepare for the Special European Council on 6 March, I am organizing a videoconference of the members of the EU Council, tomorrow morning, to hear a debriefing from President Emmanuel Macron on his recent visit to Washington DC," the post reads.

The head of European diplomacy will visit Washington on February 25, to meet with U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio and discuss Ukraine and the EU.
