Russia losses air defense system, 22 tanks, 1,250 troops in one day of war in Ukraine
Zelenskyy confirms US is "not positive" about Ukraine's strikes on Russian refineries
The US government disapproves of Ukrainian military strikes on Russian refineries
Volodymyr Zelenskyy said this in an interview with The Washington Post.
According to the president, the United States cannot restrict Ukraine's use of its own weapons. Although the American government did not react positively to the strikes of the Defense Forces on Russian refineries.
“But Washington couldn’t limit Ukraine’s deployment of its own home-built weapons. “We used our drones. Nobody can say to us you can’t,” he said.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy is convinced that the strikes on the refineries are justified and Ukraine will stop them only when "Russia pays a similar price."

The president also said that Ukraine would have to retreat step by step if the United States did not resume military assistance.
