"Tokayev's regime supports Putin economically. Tokayev helps Putin circumvent sanctions. Billions of dollars are added to the Russian economy. Russians got the opportunity to live and work in Kazakhstan, as they left Russia because of sanctions", Sadykov explained.
The oppositionist also added that Kazakhstan remains a member of the Eurasian Economic Union with Russia.
"Kazakhstan remains part of the military bloc with Putin - the CSTO. Russia's official allies - Armenia, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, as well as Kazakhstan support Russia's position, but they maintain neutrality regarding Russia's war against Ukraine", Sadykov noted.
