The use of chemical weapons by Russia will be "a new stage of terror against the people of Ukraine" - Zelensky

The President of Ukraine spoke about this in his evening appeal.

"Today, the invaders made a new statement, indicating that they are preparing a new stage of terror against the people of Ukraine and our defenders. One of the mouthpieces of the invaders said that they can use chemical weapons in Mariupol. We consider this as seriously as possible. I want to remind world leaders that the possible use of chemical weapons by the Russian military had already been discussed, and by that time it meant that it was necessary to respond to aggression much harder and faster. Now the EU has begun discussing the sixth sanctions package against Russia. The Russian side was no longer heard", Volodymyr Zelensky said.
