Defense Express refutes claims that Russian strategic aviation is ordered to “еxhale and relax”
Defense Express military expert Ivan Kyrychevskyi has said that the increased activity of Russian strategic aviation could suggest that new bomber crews are undergoing combat training
He made these comments on Espreso TV.
"Regarding Russian strategic aviation and the various claims made by Z-bloggers and Russian propagandists, I’ll say this: the Russians have a concept where missile strikes aren't just about launching missiles and hitting targets. They refer to this as a 'depletion operation,' where they use not only kinetic methods, such as missile strikes, but also psychological tactics. In this case, the psychological tactic is the propaganda claim that Russian strategic aviation has been ordered to 'exhale,'" the military expert explained.
According to Kyrychevskyi, based on the official reports from the Russian Ministry of Defense, there’s no indication that anyone has been ordered to "exhale."
"On the contrary, it's likely that new strategic bomber crews are being trained for their missions. So, we don’t need additional information to understand that the Russians, unfortunately, are always prepared and planning to carry out strikes on Ukrainian territory using strategic aviation," Ivan Kyrychevskyi said.
- On November 7, Russia launched attack drones at Ukraine, triggering air raid alerts. On the morning of November 8, missile strikes were also launched.
