Ammunition supply to Ukraine reduces Russia’s offensive potential — military expert Zgurets
Military expert Serhiy Zgurets highlighted that the supply of ammunition to the Ukrainian Armed Forces enables them to inflict significant losses on Russia, reducing its offensive capabilities
He discussed this on Espreso TV.
"Now the enemy is pushing on all fronts. On June 2, we saw 60 clashes. For comparison, during the peak of the Kharkiv offensive, we had 150 clashes a day. Today, the intensity of the enemy's actions has decreased. This likely means the enemy has suffered significant losses and is regrouping," he said.
He added that Rusisa is focusing its main efforts on several fronts, particularly in the Pokrovsk direction.
"When we talk about the invaders' advances, we're looking at tactical gains of a few hundred meters, which the Russian army pays dearly for. In May, their losses were the highest of the entire conflict, with 38,000 Russian soldiers killed. With the arrival of ammunition for the Armed Forces, we can inflict significant losses on the enemy, reducing their offensive potential," emphasized Serhiy Zgurets.
- On June 2, the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported 60 combat clashes at the front. Russian forces are most active in the Pokrovsk direction. Ukrainian defense forces have destroyed dozens of Russian equipment units and eliminated 1,270 soldiers.
