The head of the Kupyansk City Military Administration, Andriy Besedin, said in a comment to the Dumka outlet.
According to him, the Russian airborne troops that broke through to the left-bank part of Kupyansk were unable to establish themselves.
"They were eliminated," Besedin replied when asked if the Russian group that entered the city had been neutralized.
According to the head of the Military Administration, the situation in the city as of the morning of November 14 is under control.
