The head of the Kupyansk City Military Administration, Andriy Besedin, said in a comment to the Dumka outlet.

"They were eliminated," Besedin replied when asked if the Russian group that entered the city had been neutralized.
According to the head of the Military Administration, the situation in the city as of the morning of November 14 is under control.
