Russian troops partially enter Ukraine’s Kupyansk — DeepState
On Wednesday, November 13, part of Russian troops managed to infiltrate the city of Kupyansk in the Kharkiv region
OSINT information portal DeepState reported the information.
On Wednesday afternoon, Russian forces took successful actions, moving two convoys of equipment and personnel from the Lyman Pershyi area toward Kupyansk, advancing in the direction of the road to Svatove.
"The first group included two MT-LBs, an APC, and a tank, while the exact composition of the second group remains unknown, as they were already moving when it got dark. One MT-LB was knocked out in the forest, but the other managed to reach the area of Svatove Street without interference. It moved along until reaching Nekrasov Street, where it was hit. Around 15 Russian soldiers spilled out and took cover in nearby buildings. The tank was successfully destroyed farther north on the same street. Thanks to the UAVs of the 116th and 14th Brigades and their allies, part of the airborne troops were neutralized," reported DeepState.
According to analysts, Russian troops are aware of their success and have already attempted to send reinforcements. Ukraine's defense forces were able to strike them.
"In recent months, the front line has become a mystery for all units. The combat formations of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and the Russian troops were simply scattered throughout the forest, with rotations carried out by both sides, and the war in the forest appeared 'strange.' At the request of neighboring units, we ask the State Bureau of Investigation and the SBU (Security Service of Ukraine) to pay attention to the command of the 11th Mechanized Brigade and the situation that has developed there recently," DeepState added.
