"The enemy continues to terrorize the civilian population. As a result of today's missile attack on Kropyvnytskyi, there are injured and one dead person at an industrial facility," he wrote.

According to Suspilne, residents of the region reported power outages after the explosions. At the same time, Olena Danylchenko, a spokeswoman for the Kirovohrad electricity distribution company, said that there was no information about emergency power outages and it was not yet known whether the blackouts were related to the explosions. According to her, the power could have been cut off for safety reasons and to avoid an emergency situation due to attacks.
