Russia is running out of high-precision missiles. NATO provides intelligence to Ukraine. Serhiy Zgurets column
Ukrainian Ministry of Defense's conclusions that Russia is running out of high-precision weapons are confirmed since Russians launch missiles on the territory of Ukraine immediately after their production
Russia will lose the war along the entire front line
Russia is losing on all fronts. Russian leadership is betting on missile terror tactics against Ukraine. In particular, it inflicts missile strikes on the civilian population and civilian infrastructure of Ukraine, trying to break our society's resistance. Yesterday, Ukrainian Armed Forces General Staff reported that Russians launched 40 missiles and 16 Iranian kamikaze drones on the territory of Ukraine. Our air defense forces shot down 20 missiles and 11 drones. This is a very good result of the Ukrainian air defense forces' work. However, Ukraine needs much more air defense systems to defend against Russian missile strikes.
Russia is running out of high-precision missiles
Russians launched 5 cruise missiles at Kyiv. All these missiles were destroyed by the Air Defense Forces of Ukraine. Defense Express agency received a photo of the wreckage of one of the downed Kh-101 missiles. One of the photos clearly shows the serial number of the missile. The serial number allows you to determine which factory missile was produced, the type, date of manufacture, and series. The missile, which was shot down near Kyiv on October 22, was manufactured in the second quarter of this year. It was a new missile.

We can make two conclusions. First, Russia continued the production of X-101 missiles in April and June this year. I think that we are talking about the small-scale production of these missiles. In particular, several units per month, given previously accumulated components for these types of missiles. Second, according to the military rules, older weapons are usually used first, followed by new ones. The X-101 missile, produced in the second quarter of 2022, suggests that the launch of missiles takes place immediately after production. They produced it and launched it right away. This confirms the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense's conclusions that Russia is running out of high-precision weapons. A week ago, Oleksiy Reznikov, Ukrainian Defense Minister, reported data on the remaining missiles in Russia. As of October 12, more than 200 X-101 and X-555 missiles remained in Russia. Therefore, we understand that Russia is running out of missiles. However, even one cruise missile poses a great threat to the Ukrainian civilian population and infrastructure.

NATO and allies provide Ukraine with timely intelligence on Russian plans
We receive SAMs and stable military aid in the form of high-precision weapons from our allies. However, there is another interesting point. In particular, NATO and its allies provide Ukraine with timely intelligence on Russian plans. NATO long-range radar detection aircraft are already working for the victory of Ukraine. These are AVAX planes. Canadian journalists from the CBS channel presented a unique story from aboard such a plane. These aircraft take off from Germany and conduct constant inspections of the airspace near Ukraine for activities of more than 800 km. The mission of this plane also got into the plot. They were supposed to patrol the airspace at the crossing of the borders of Poland, Belarus, and Ukraine. We copied the task from the monitor to the map and got a circle where exactly AVACS sees Russian targets. From Poland, this aircraft can monitor the situation in Ukraine over a very large area. This aircraft transmits information about Russian missiles, aircraft and air targets directly to Ukrainian Armed Forces.
