Andriy Kovalenko, the head of the Center for Countering Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, reported this information on August 15.
According to him, the Russians are intensifying their creation of these staged videos, involving actors from organizations funded by the Russian Ministry of Defense, including employees of the Krylya Theater studio.
Kovalenko noted that this is a common Russian propaganda tactic, also used in the Kharkiv region and other temporarily occupied territories.
