Defense Express explains what makes FALCON EYE a revolutionary outlook on modern warfare.

The Turkish company "FDI GROUP FALCON DYNAMIC SYSTEMS DEFENSE INDUSTRY AND TRADE LIMITED COMPANY," with local subsidiaries in Portugal (Lisbon) "FDI HIGH TECH SYSTEMS, UNIPESSOAL LDA" and in Ukraine (Kyiv) "FDI ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY," presented the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense with the next-generation FDI FALCON-127M combat module, equipped with two FALCON EYE Electro-Optical Fire Control Systems (FIEOCS) offering a full 360° view, controlled by artificial intelligence.

As part of its cooperation with the Ministry of Defense and support for the Ukrainian Armed Forces, FDI GROUP will independently integrate the FDI FALCON 127M combat module into an armored vehicle, the type of which will be determined by the customer. After conducting field trials, the company will transfer the upgraded armored vehicle, with the module worth $650,000, to the Ukrainian military free of charge.

The Fully Independent Electro-Optical Fire Control System FALCON EYE, installed on the FDI FALCON 127M combat module, is a revolutionary solution developed and offered by FDI GROUP on the international market.

This FALCON EYE FIEOCS allows for the instant detection, interception, and real-time calculation of ballistic data for targets, significantly enhancing the accuracy in hitting moving targets. The system also provides 360° surveillance up to 5,000 meters, making armored vehicles virtually immune to enemy ground-based threats.

Innovative solutions from FDI GROUP also maintain a balance between firepower, mobility, and protection, while ensuring connectivity with overall battle management systems.

The modernization of armored personnel carriers with the installation of the FDI FALCON 127M combat module, featuring the FALCON EYE EOFCS, enables these vehicles to serve as highly effective elements for reconnaissance, surveillance, and combat management.

The unique combination of artificial intelligence, autonomy, and firepower transforms the next-generation FDI FALCON 127M combat module into a key asset for both offensive and defensive operations.

The dual FALCON EYE EOFCS system with a full 360-degree view allows the commander and gunner to independently monitor up to 5,000 meters and control fire at distances of up to 1,500 meters. This provides complete situational control through separate FIEOCS, significantly improving interaction efficiency, greatly enhancing the combat survivability of the equipment, and most importantly, preserving the lives of Ukrainian soldiers.

The AI integrated into the system allows for the automatic detection of up to five targets simultaneously and real-time tracking of one of them. The system operates 24/7, including during nighttime and in low visibility conditions (up to 70-80%) thanks to advanced thermal imaging cameras.

Defense Express notes that the next-generation weapon systems developed by FDI GROUP can be integrated into both Western and Ukrainian weapon types, as well as armored vehicles of various classes, making these systems a versatile solution for combating both lightly armored vehicles and enemy personnel.

FDI GROUP's innovations can transform outdated armored personnel carriers into powerful combat platforms for fire support, reconnaissance, and other tasks. Drawing from global and Ukrainian combat experience, their solutions offer the Ukrainian Armed Forces significant battlefield advantages.

As reported by Defense Express, FDI GROUP is preparing to present another unique solution to Ukrainian clients – a $1.5 million air defense system, which, after field trials, is also planned to be transferred to the Ukrainian Armed Forces free of charge.

Innovative solutions from the FDI GROUP, such as the FDI FALCON 127M combat module equipped with two FALCON EYE FIEOCS and the air defense system, could become not only advanced weaponry but also a symbol of Ukraine's technological progress and strategic advantage in its fight for freedom against Russian invading forces.
