Putin will not have speech at G20 meeting, online as well
Spokesman for the Russian dictator, Dmitry Peskov, said that Putin will not have speech at G20 meeting even online
Russian mass media reports.
Putin will not have speech at G20 meeting online as well. President of Russia made such a decision himself. Peskov reported that his intention not to go to the summit was due to Putin's schedule who need to stay in the country.
Spokesman of Russian dictator did not comment on the decision of military on Kherson, however, he emphasized that Russian Federation does not regret accepting Kherson region into its fold.
In addition, he stated: "special military operation" is ongoing, because this Ukrainian region: "remains part of Russian Federation, there are no and cannot be any changes".
There were also talks about negotiations. Peskov said that it is possible to achieve goals of "military operation" through negotiations, but because of "Kyiv's position" they are impossible.
Reminder: G20 summit is to be held on November 15-16 in Indonesia.
