"Voice of Putin" reported that President of Russian Federation will receive UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres, who will arrive in Moscow on Tuesday, April 26, for talks with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
On Wednesday, April 20, UN Secretary-General Stefan Dujarric said that Guterres had invited Putin to meet in Moscow.
"Yesterday afternoon, separate letters were handed over to post-missions of Russia and Ukraine. In these letters, secretary general asked President Vladimir Putin to receive him in Moscow and President Vladimir Zelensky to receive him in Kyiv," Dyuzharik said at a news briefing.
He noted that Guterres would like to discuss with two presidents urgent measures to establish peace in Ukraine, as well as future of multilateral relations.
