Nestor Shufrych has been detained. But detention and sentence that has entered into force are not synonymous
So far, the only evidence of Shufrych's criminal activity that has been openly demonstrated in the media is a document signed by Shufrych and Medvedchuk back in 2014
However, to find this document, you don't need to spend money on searches. You just need to go online. It was officially made public back in 2014, published on websites and officially presented. It's strange that both law enforcement and journalists are presenting this as some kind of new sensation.
From my point of view, the proposals of Shufrych and Medvedchuk, which they presented as their "path to peace," really created a path for Putin to take over Ukraine. Subsequently, to implement this model, Medvedchuk began to build a network of agents in Ukraine. Some of these agents have already received court sentences.
My colleagues Serhiy Vysotsky and Andriy Levus and I even participated in and organized the "Medvedchuk under arrest" campaign to demand an immediate cessation of such activities. For this, Medvedchuk opened a criminal case against us for attempted murder.
Is the anti-state activity of Shufrych and Medvedchuk criminal? I am convinced that it is. But there is no court verdict against Medvedchuk. He was simply exchanged. It is not a fact that there will be such a verdict against Shufrych. Here's a photo of the "sensational" document, a link to the article where it was published a long time ago (and there are many such publications), stories about the campaigns against this document in which I participated, and quotes from the media about the criminal case after these events.
