Russia ramps up pressure on Siversk, Lyman sectors, but suffers heavy losses - Rubizh Brigade

He spoke about this on Espreso TV.

"My comrades from the 4th Brigade continue to perform tasks in the east, in the north of our country, in several areas. This is the Siversk direction, the Lyman direction, and the north, where the Russian army does not stop trying to advance and storm. In most cases, these are the actions of enemy infantry groups, assault groups, there are a lot of them along the front, throughout the east, along the entire contact line," he noted.

The serviceman spoke about Russia's tactics using squad actions. 

"The enemy is mostly using tactics, they are acting in squads, i.e. groups of 4, 5, 6, up to ten orcs, they are trying to realize the potential they have, the potential to use manpower in huge numbers, we see their losses every day from the General Staff's report, But despite this, the enemy is fiercely attacking with copters with drops, FPV drones, attack UAVs, and is working quite densely with artillery of various calibers, from mortars to huge cannons of huge caliber on zero positions," says Volodymyr Nazarov.

He noted that due to the clear weather and long daylight hours, UAVs are very active in the sky, which makes it difficult to move, but the Ukrainian Armed Forces are also striking at the Russian enemy and inflicting losses. 

"In particular, I would like to mention the artillery units of our 4th National Guard Brigade, which daily deliver fire on enemy targets, suppress enemy targets or destroy them. UAV pilots and operators see, reconnoiter any enemy actions, in particular in the near and far rear of the enemy, and accordingly inflict fire damage on them according to the nature of the target, and accordingly, we see the reports of the General Staff that the enemy really suffers a huge number of losses along the entire contact line, along the entire eastern line in particular," the military said.
