Ukrainian army destroys 10 Russian tanks, 26 artillery systems, 880 soldiers - General Staff

This is stated in the morning report of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff.

The total combat losses of the Russian Federation from 24.02.22 to 03.02.24 are approximately:

• personnel - about 387,940 (+880),
• tanks - 6,341 (+10) units
• armored combat vehicles - 11,805 (+13) units
• artillery systems - 9,300 (+26) units,
• MLRS - 979 (+1) units,
• air defense systems - 663 (+0) units
• aircraft - 332 (+0) units
• helicopters - 324 (+0) units,
• UAVs of operational and tactical level - 7,161 (+15),
• cruise missiles - 1,847 (+0),
• ships/boats - 24 (+0) units
• submarines - 1 (+0) units,
• motor vehicles and fuel tankers - 12,352 (+36) units
• special equipment - 1,473 (+3).

Frontline situation: Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled 44 Russian attacks in the Avdiivka sector over the last day

Thus, according to Ukraine's General Staff, the operational situation has not changed in the area of the northern Ukrainian border with Belarus.

In the northeastern border area, the Russian army maintains a military presence in the border areas, conducts active sabotage activities to prevent the deployment of Ukrainian troops to threatened areas, and increases the density of minefields along the state border in the Belgorod region.

In the area of responsibility of the Khortytsia operational-strategic group in the Kupyansk direction, 5 Russian attacks were repelled near Synkivka and Ivanivka in Kharkiv region.

In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian troops repelled 5 Russia's attacks near Terny, Donetsk region.

In the Bakhmut direction, the Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled two hostile attacks near Bohdanivka and Klishchiivka in the Donetsk region.

In the Avdiivka direction, in the area of responsibility of the Tavria operational-strategic group, Ukrainian defenders continue to hold back the Russian enemy, who keeps trying to surround Avdiivka. Ukrainian soldiers are steadfastly holding the line, inflicting significant losses on the occupation army. Thus, the Defense Forces repelled 29 attacks near Avdiivka and another 15 attacks near Pervomaiske and Nevelske in the Donetsk region over the past day.

In the Marinka direction, Ukrainian troops are holding back the adversary near Heorhiivka and Novomykhailivka in the Donetsk region, where they repelled 7 attacks.

In the Shakhtarsk direction, Ukrainian defenders repulsed an attack south of Zolota Nyva in the Donetsk region.

In the Zaporizhzhia direction, the Defense Forces repelled three Russian attacks near Robotyne and west of Verbove in the Zaporizhzhia region.

In the area of responsibility of the Odesa operational-strategic group in the Kherson direction, Ukraine's Defense Forces keep holding their positions and repelling the occupation forces' attacks. Despite significant losses, the Russian army keeps attempting to drive Ukrainian units out of their positions. Thus, over the past day, Russia carried out 7 unsuccessful assault operations.

At the same time, Ukraine's soldiers are actively inflicting losses in manpower and equipment on the occupying forces, depleting the Russian enemy along the entire front line.

Russia attacked Ukraine with missiles, drones, and aircraft: Ukrainian Armed Forces hit Russian concentration areas 10 times

In total, the Russian Federation launched 2 missile strikes, 86 airstrikes, and 46 attacks with multiple launch rocket systems at the Ukrainian troops' positions and populated areas. Unfortunately, Russian terrorist attacks have resulted in deaths and injuries among the civilian population. Residential buildings and other civilian infrastructure were destroyed and damaged.

The airstrikes hit 7 settlements in the Kharkiv region, 1 in the Luhansk region, 11 in the Donetsk region, 1 in the Zaporizhzhia region, and 9 in the Kherson region.

More than 100 settlements in the Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipro, Kherson, and Mykolaiv regions were subjected to artillery fire.

At the same time, over the past day, the aviation of the Defense Forces struck 10 areas where Russian personnel, weapons and military equipment were concentrated.

Missile troops also struck 3 ammunition depots and 1 Russian artillery unit.

• On the night of February 3, the invading Russian forces attacked the territory of Ukraine with two Kh-59 missiles and 14 attack drones, most of which were destroyed by the Air Force.
