On Telegram, Zelenskyy said that Ukraine defends its skies daily against Russian missile and drone attacks. He noted that, in just one week, Russia launched over 630 drones, around 740 guided bombs, and nearly 50 missiles of various types, which together contained more than 50,000 components from countries around the world.
The president pointed out that sanctions on the supply of foreign components are not enough, as Russia continues to obtain the parts it needs from nearly every corner of the globe to fuel its weaponry aimed at terrorizing Ukraine.
- On the morning of January 4, the occupying Russian army attacked Antonivka in the Kherson region using drones, injuring four people. Russian troops also dropped explosives from UAVs on a resident of Kindiika.
