This was reported by Ukraine’s Deputy Minister of Defence Hanna Maliar.
In addition to fakes about the withdrawal of their troops, Russian occupiers demonstratively moved their military equipment. At the same time, Russian agents provoked people to speak freely and passed information about them to occupation law enforcement agencies.
Invading Russian forces also deliberately disconnected subscribers from Russian mobile phone and wired Internet operators. When there was no communication, cars equipped with special electronic equipment to detect the operation of information transmitters were driving around the streets.
- On August 6, Ukraine’s Center of National Resistance reported that in the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson region, Russian occupation authorities had set up so-called schools for young voters to prepare high school students for the presidential elections in Russia.
