Germany to donate 6 IRIS-T systems to Ukraine in 2025
On January 9, Defense Minister Boris Pistorius said that Ukraine would receive six IRIS-T systems from Germany in 2025

The German Defense Ministry wrote on the social network X.
According to him, Germany will transfer the previously announced six IRIS-T systems to Ukraine in 2025. In addition, the country will provide Ukrainians with 50 guided missiles for IRIS-T systems.
"Germany continues to reliably and actively support Ukraine," Pistorius added.
- On December 20, 2024, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz announced that another IRIS-T air defense system would be sent to Ukraine.
