In Khmelnytskyi, windows shattered in almost half of city as result of morning explosions – deputy mayor
Vasyl Novachok, deputy mayor of Khmelnytskyi, says that after the Russian attack on the morning of May 13, high-powered detonations have caused a large amount of damage to buildings in the city
He shared the information on Espreso TV.
"It was a very difficult night in Khmelnytskyi. There was a hit on a critical infrastructure facility, followed by a series of high-power detonations. Almost half of the city has damaged windows, there are victims, but no one can say the number of victims and damaged windows now. The air raid alert has just ended, and the houses are being inspected. It is known that windows have been shattered, roofs, ceilings, partitions have been damaged - the extent of damage is huge, so we hope for help, because it will be difficult for the city to deal with this damage quickly," said the deputy mayor of Khmelnytskyi.
Vasyl Novachok noted that this is the biggest damage that Khmelnytskyi had seen so far.
